About Silkeborg Municipal Daycare

The group of day-care providers in Fårvang consists of 7 day-care providers, distributed in smaller playroom groups.

Silkeborg Municipal Daycare currently employs 140 day-care providers, 6 pedagogical leaders and administrative staff. We care for approximately 500 children.

• Collaborate closely with the organization, where guidance and support from the pedagogical leader is central

We prefer that your home is allergy-friendly.

Salary and working hours

Salary and terms of employment according to the current collective agreement and the local pay formation agreement. Additionally, 60% of the salary is tax-deductible excluding the employment contribution, to cover day-care costs. (see the Skat website)

If you are a pedagogical assistant or pedagogue, it triggers a further six pay steps.

The position is 48 hours per week, and the hours can fall in the period from 06:00 – 17:00.

How exactly your working hours look depends on the care needs of your specific child group.
