About Silkeborg Municipal Daycare

The group of day care helpers in Voel consists of 2 day care helpers.

Silkeborg Municipal Daycare currently employs 150 day care helpers, 8 pedagogical leaders and administrative staff. We care for around 550 children.

We expect that you

• Have the willingness and ability to collaborate with many different family constellations, values and cultures
• Enter into close cooperation with colleagues and other partners
• Participate actively in full-day playgroups and contribute to quality
• Be open to learning and further training
• Cooperate closely with the organization, where guidance and support from the pedagogical leader is central

We prefer that your home is allergen-free.

Salary and working hours

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and local pay-agreement. In addition, 60% of the salary is tax-deductible excluding labor market contribution, to cover day care costs. (see Skat's website)

If you are a pedagogical assistant or pedagogical lead, it triggers a further six pay grades.

The position is 48 hours per week, and the hours can fall in the time window from 06:00 – 17:00.
