About Silkeborg Municipal Childminding

The group of childminders in Sejs-Svejbæk consists of 2 childminders.

Silkeborg Municipal Childminding currently employs 140 childminders, 6 pedagogical leaders, and administrative staff. We care for approximately 500 children.

• Actively participate in full-day playrooms and contribute to quality
• Be open to learning and further training
• Collaborate closely with the organization, where guidance and support from the pedagogical leader is central

We prefer that your home is allergen-free.

Salary and working hours

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and local pay formation agreement. In addition, 60% of the salary is tax-deductible exclusive of labour market contribution, to cover childminding costs. (see Skat's website)

If you are a pedagogical assistant or pedagog, this triggers a further six pay steps.

The position is 48 hours per week, and the hours may fall in the time window from 06:00 – 17:00.

How exactly your working hours look will depend on the care needs of your specific child group.
