You will see development opportunities, create overview in complex processes, and manage to bring citizens, stakeholders and colleagues together around common solutions that prepare the municipality for a changed climate.

Your tasks

The work varies between office and field work and you will both work with externally financed development projects as well as concrete construction projects and authorities work. Inspections and field work often take place together with citizens and landowners, where you communicate your technical expertise and issues in an easily understandable way.

Hereafter your tasks will include, among others

  • have experience with project management and thrive on guiding complex processes from start to finish
  • have knowledge of the Coastal Protection Act and preferably experience with municipal authority handling within coastal and climate adaptation or waterways
  • know the value of relationship work and are good at communicating professionally and in a welcoming manner
  • have understanding of working in a politically led organization
  • have a driver's license for a passenger car

We offer

A 3-year project position with the possibility of extension and good development opportunities both personally and professionally.

You will be one of 5 employees in the Rivers and Coast team, which is part of the Department of Nature & Environment.
