Employment Advisor for the cash benefit section "Activity-Ready over 30" in JOBVejle

We are looking for a committed and professionally strong employment advisor for our cash benefit section " in JOBVejle.

With us, we work with cash benefit recipients and citizens in resource-based pathways over 30 years, as well as handling the placement of all target groups in the cash benefit area. We work purposefully for sustainable solutions that strengthen the citizens' attachment to the labor market, and paid hours are in focus from day one.

It requires that you can see opportunities, build good relationships and at the same time maintain direction and a clear employment-focused focus.

About the job

As an employment advisor, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of cash benefit recipients over 30 years.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Conduct employment-oriented conversations where company-based programs and the collaboration on the path into the labor market are in focus.
• Identify the citizen's resources, possibilities and challenges in relation to the labor market.
• Formulate concrete job goals and develop a clear plan together with the citizen.
• Initiate and follow up on employment-oriented initiatives.
• Carry out ongoing assessments of what is needed to create progression.
• Coordinate with relevant partners when the citizen's situation requires an interdisciplinary effort.
• Perform authority work, documentation and administration in accordance with applicable law.
• Actively use digital tools in the employment-oriented effort.

• Have experience from the employment field or a desire to learn the field thoroughly.

• Can translate legislation and professional requirements into good practice.
• Have good writing skills and understanding of the importance of precise documentation.
• Can collaborate across professional boundaries and organizational areas.

Terms of employment

There is one permanent position with start on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is 37 hours per week.

Workplace is Havneparken 16C, 7100 Vejle.

Salary is determined according to current collective agreement and the principles of New Pay.

The expected starting salary for full-time work excluding pension lies in the range of DKK 33,491.5 (pay grade 32) - DKK 37,505.26 (pay grade 38 + base salary allowance) in accordance with the collective agreement for municipal social workers and social facilitators §§ 3-6 on salary setting. It is noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
