The out-and-about holistic care in Gladsaxe is seeking an engaged and professionally strong social- and health care assistant for day shift

In Gladsaxe Municipality we have chosen to create multidisciplinary teams with both social- and health care assistants, social- and health care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses in a department, with two teams. The multidisciplinary teams were consolidated in the departments in November 2025.

We will work with a rehabilitative approach in everything we do. We will focus on preventing hospital admissions, ensuring good continuous citizen journeys and dignified elder care.

In this context we have chosen to expand staffing on all fronts.

We place great emphasis on your professionalism and willingness to develop. You will receive a good introduction with a mentoring scheme.

We are also a training site for students, and we have employees in trainee positions whom we are preparing to undertake a social- and health care education.

Our requirements of you

• You are trained as a social- and health care helper or have extensive knowledge of Holistic Care
• You have high professional competence and quality in task execution
• You ideally have experience from home care and are mindful of involving the citizen’s resources in your support
• You have knowledge of IT care systems – we use Nexus

In addition, we want you to

• Be able to collaborate across professional groups and shift teams
• Be responsible and observant
• Have respectful communication with citizens and colleagues - both verbally and in writing
• Have an overview, be accountable and action-oriented
• Be curious and engaged
• Enjoy learning new things and contributing knowledge to the team

Salary and employment conditions

We work in a 5/2 roster with weekend shifts every second week

We are looking for a new colleague for the Monday/Tuesday shift.

The position is 37 hours per week, but if a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss a different number of hours.

You will be employed under the current collective agreement according to the Ny Løn principles.
