The work consists of both basic care tasks and handling more complex issues, at times across the houses.

Development of competencies is in focus, as we actively work to be leading in dementia care and care at a high professional level. Among other things we have started a journey to become Marte Meo certified.

We are seeking an evening shift worker who is interested in the dementia area and is motivated to develop their professional competencies.

We are looking for a person who is: A trained Social and Health Care Assistant.

Is interested in working with people with dementia

Can handle both basic care tasks and the more complex SSA tasks.

Is empathetic, curious and has the courage to develop yourself professionally.

Practical information: Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and negotiations.

28 hours per week.

Start date 1.12.26 preferably earlier
