Creative pedagogical assistant sought for PUK in Hornbæk (club)

We are looking for you who…

• Are a pedagogical assistant – or have solid experience with children aged 9–15 years and possibly a youth club 15-20 years
• Have interesting competencies or hobbies that children can mirror
• Like to be active and participate in activities with the children
• Are curious about children’s ideas – and can translate them into fun and meaningful activities
• Want to take initiative and responsibility in the creative workshop
• Are involved in planning and creating structure in everyday life
• Have a driving license and a desire to go on trips in our minibus
• Want to participate in two camps per year (ski week 7 and Wild Volcanoes week 27)

Working hours

The club is open from 13:00 and closes at 17:00, 19:30 or 21:00.

You have two fixed evenings per week (Monday and Thursday), when we stay open until 21:00.

During school holidays we are open from 10:00–15:00.

As part of PUK you work closely with the school’s teaching team and contribute to the children’s wellbeing and learning in the school community.

We conduct ongoing interviews and the appointment will be effective from January 1, 2027

The position is 30-35 hours per week and paid according to the collective agreement with placement at the relevant base pay grade. Potentially a position-specific and qualification allowance may be provided after negotiation based on Helsingør Municipality's pay policy.

Helsingør Municipality requires a criminal record and child background check for the applicant to be employed, and this will be part of the overall final assessment.
