We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service representative for a long-term position at an international bank in Malta.

You will be part of a professional team where you work with Danish customers and have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales and the financial sector.

The role is especially interesting for those who already have experience in customer service or sales – and perhaps experience as a Team Leader or with KPIs and data analysis.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Customer Service you will be part of a team that handles customer service, onboarding, sales and payments.

You will among other things

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone, live chat, email and SMS
• Help customers with information about the bank's products, services and payments
• Handle questions and inquiries from Danish customers
• Work closely with the payments and collections departments
• Follow applicable procedures, rules and legislation
• Work with sales and actively identify relevant sales opportunities
• Ensure a professional and efficient customer experience

You report directly to the Danish Team Leader and become part of an international work environment.
