What will you do?

As a customer advisor you will be part of our engaged supply team, working with all forms of utility products: electricity, gas, district heating, water, sewer and renovation. We ensure everyday operations run smoothly, and that our customers receive the best service and advice.

As an advisor you take responsibility to deliver superior customer service to our customers. We all work from a results-oriented approach with performance measurements as a natural part of everyday life. Your main task is to create extraordinary customer experiences across all utility types, where you, together with the customer, find the best solution.

Your tasks will include

• Answer questions about utility products from customers by phone and email
• Administrative tasks, including data entry and updating of systems
• Think commercially and sell Energi Fyn's products

Your success depends on your ability to base yourself in the customer's situation, build good relationships and find solutions. You manage to quickly understand Energi Fyn's products and thrive on ongoing goal achievement.

What should you bring?

Your education is not decisive, but your motivation and experience with customer service are. You are passionate about delivering good service, have a friendly tone, and gain energy from talking to many different customers.

The practical

We offer a full-time position (37 hours/week) with daytime working hours Monday to Friday.
