As a Customer Advisor with us your new daily life will be to help our customers with everything from good advice on products to support on computers and mobile devices.

You do not have to have an IT background to start - we provide thorough training and a personal mentor, who follows you closely until you are confident in the tasks.

When you have finished our introduction program you are well equipped to provide sales and service in world-class quality.

Only when you are truly ready will you help the customers on your own - and you always have an entire team backing you for sparring and help❤️

More concretely you will for example

• Answer customer inquiries and provide support by email, phone and chat - both small and large questions.
• Advise on and sell our products and solutions (as upselling and cross-selling), so customers get offers that best fit their needs.
• Follow up on cases and ensure the customer always feels well helped along the way.

We imagine that you

• Are used to working with computers and know Windows 10/11.
• Speak and write Danish fluently so all of our customers can understand you easily.
• Are hungry for new knowledge and ready to learn about our business, products and tools.
• Are outgoing and ready to join an energetic contact center where we help and support each other.

We are located near Aarhus N (right off the motorway and with bus route 200 right to the door)

Your workday will primarily be in the time window 08:45-17:00 Monday-Friday, and 1-2 afternoon shifts in the window 09:30-18:00 per week.

You will also have a Saturday shift from 09:00-15:00 approx. once a month.

During our recruitment process it is good to know that we conduct reference checks and two interviews.
