About the job

We are seeking a dedicated customer service representative for an international company in Esbjerg. You will become part of a team where customer service, coordination and administration are central elements in daily life. You will have broad contact with people and will be an important part of ensuring a professional and positive experience for both customers and visitors.

Your work day will be characterized by various administrative and customer-facing tasks. You will, among other things, handle telephone and written inquiries, coordinate bookings, assist visitors and course participants, and ensure that the administrative processes run effectively. In addition, you will gain exposure to lighter financial-related tasks, including invoice preparation and cash reconciliation.

We envision that you have experience from customer service, reception, administration or a similar function. You thrive in a busy and versatile day-to-day, where you must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues across departments. It is important that you are service-minded, structured and eager to learn new systems and workflows.

If you are interested in the position please contact JobTeams consultant, Marc A. Elsted, by email [email protected] labeled MAE-REK-U45.
