As a Fitbit customer support associate with Danish and English you will be part of a strong team where you will:

• Help users with their problems via support cases or phone calls.
• Answer questions about daily use of devices with individualized solutions and a focus on the customer's needs.
• Identify recurring issues and faults from user inquiries and forward them to your team leaders.
• Collaborate with an engaged, international team of service-minded colleagues.

• Speak and write Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Have good English skills at B1 level or equivalent for training and internal communication.
• Have basic knowledge of the use of and features in iOS and Android.
• Show empathy.

• Be results-oriented in your work.
• Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
