We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can help companies across Scandinavia succeed with Shipmondo.

You don't need to be an expert from day one. But technology should come naturally to you. You are the type who is curious about new digital tools, quickly learns new systems, and likes to explore how things fit together – and why they sometimes don't.

Your profile

You may be newly graduated or have a little experience from a digital, technical or customer-facing role. The most important for us is not the number of years on your CV, but that you have tech flair and the desire to learn.

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant digital or technical educational background and preferably some practical experience from a student job, internship or your first job.
• Are quick to get up to speed with new systems and digital tools and are the type who like to explore the possibilities yourself when you encounter something new.
• Have worked with digital systems and may be familiar with, for example, CMS, webshops, CRM or ERP.
• Use AI as a natural working tool for e.g. research, problem solving and efficiency. You are curious how AI and automation can make both your own and your customers' workflows smarter.
• Are technically curious and motivated to understand how systems and workflows connect – and figure out why something isn't working.
• Are structured, detail-oriented and follow your tasks through to completion.
• Thrive in dialogue with customers and can explain digital solutions at eye level.

If you already have experience with e-commerce, webshops, shipping or logistics, that's a plus – but not a requirement.

Your role and core duties

As part of our Customer Success Team you will proactively work to ensure that customers get the most out of Shipmondo.

You will among other things

• Onboard new customers and ensure that they get off to a good start.
• Advise and guide both new and existing customers on how they can optimize their workflows.
• Provide support for setting up integrations, Delivery Checkouts, printers and other equipment.
• Identify development opportunities in the customer's setup and assess when specialized expertise should be involved. For more complex customer solutions you act as the coordinator through the process.
• Ensure ongoing follow-up and identify opportunities for upselling when it creates value for the customer's business.
• Contribute input to product development based on customer feedback, needs and workflows.

You don't need to be able to solve all technical problems yourself. But we expect you to want to investigate them: ask the right questions, test your way through, use the tools you have at your disposal and know when to involve a specialist.

You’ll receive structured onboarding and a mentor who helps you learn Shipmondo, our customers and the e-commerce world.
