Cyber Division's Infrastructure seeks a skilled employee for the Infrastructure Systems Section in Hvidovre

In the Cyber Division we are looking for a sharp infrastructure specialist for our Infrastructure Systems section. You will be our absolute go-to person when it comes to IAM (Identity and Access Management) and complex support tasks.

About us

The Cyber Division is part of the Ministry of Defence's Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse. As the Defence's IT organization, we deliver IT operations and development to the entire Ministry of Defence area. You will be part of the Cyber Division's Infrastructure Department, which consists of a mix of military, civilian and external consultants, technicians and academics of various ages. We work together with commitment to deliver development as well as maintenance – both technically and commercially/business-wise.

In the Cyber Division's Infrastructure Systems section, you will join a small team. We are working to ensure our IAM and file management are steered to the benefit of the Defence's employees. The team has a high degree of autonomy and the position requires you to be keen to secure the organization's good results, which create value for the business.

About the position

In daily work you translate manual processes into intelligent solutions with PowerShell, and since we place great emphasis on traceability and quality, a large part of your success will be measured by your ability to deliver sharp and technical results.

Your primary tasks are

• Provide level 3 support to all users in the Defence's systems
• Advise, guide and assess user administration as well as file data processing in all of the Defence's systems.
• Code in PowerShell
• Build and maintain file structures and permissions in all of the Defence's systems
• Work with Identity Access Management with focus on one or more areas such as Identity Management, Access Management, Governance and Compliance

About you

We imagine you have a solid IT technical background, e.g. as a trained IT technician with a specialization in infrastructure, IT technology or similar.

We are looking for an employee who can deliver a good effort from day one. Your approach to your work is structured and you have a focus on security and stability.

In addition, we would like you to

• Have experience with one or more of the following scripting languages: VBS, VBA, VB.
• Be structured, clear and good at communicating
• Have experience with process design, have a good understanding of data classification and organizational insight
• Be detail-oriented, analytical and systematic

It would be an advantage if you have several years of practical experience with level 3 support and IAM, and that you are a whiz at PowerShell and have a systematic approach to file structures.

If you also have knowledge of older scripting languages such as VBS, VBA or VB, that is a big plus, as you will help us bridge between existing and future systems.

Terms of employment

Employment and remuneration are in accordance with the current organizational agreement for Clerical Workers, Laboratory Technicians and IT employees (HK) and the current applicable joint agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Public Employees Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-S Joint Agreement). Or according to the currently relevant state agreement.

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is a possibility of negotiating a supplement. The position includes an employer-financed pension scheme.

As an employee in the Ministry of Defence area you are subject to some special terms. You must, among other things, be security cleared and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment process.

You have as an employee an obligation to perform service outside the country’s borders, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peace-enforcing, humanitarian and other similar operations.
