Responsibilities

• Support and setup of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches and WiFi.
• Support and setup of servers, backup and monitoring
• Support and setup of cyber security products and solutions
• Support of desktop and user environments in relation to our solutions.
• Tasks performed from one of our offices, but also on-site at our customers

About you

• Solid experience from a similar role.
• Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure as well as cloud.
• Relevant education or relevant professional experience.
• You are professionally curious and love technology.
• You are customer- and service-minded.
• You are used to working with AI
• You can take initiative and work independently, but also in teams.
• You take responsibility and are positive towards customers, the business and your colleagues.
• You document at a sensible level.
