Children and parents in the Nr.Broby/Brobyværk/Vester Hæsinge area need more day-care providers. We are running out of places and therefore we are looking for you who dream of a free and independent job.

You work in your own home

• You are fortunate enough to work from home, which provides a very good balance between work and family life.
• You save time and travel expenses to and from work.
• You have the option to care for your own child under 2 years and 11 months, if both child and parents can thrive with it
• You become part of a large collegial network, even though you work in your own home.
• We expect space for play and learning in your home, not necessarily a dedicated room.

We expect that you

• Plan your workday together with the children, so the activities are based on their interests.
• Can create a daily life that inspires and motivates the children to play and learn.
• Have a home with good surroundings for play and learning – both indoors and outdoors.
• Can establish a good parenting collaboration based on involvement, dialogue and trust.
• Can have a reflective view of yourself and your professional skills in the work.
• Participate in a playgroup with colleagues outside your own home once every 14 days.
• Will engage in the work with the pedagogical plans.

About the job

• The job as a day-care provider involves working hours that can be in the time frame

from 6:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

An example of a work week could look like this: 6:15-16:00 Monday to Thursday.

and 6:15-15:15 Friday.

• You will become part of a network group of 3-4 day-care providers who meet once every 14 days in a playroom.
• You will join a good work community with your day-care colleague and in close collaboration with the team leaders, where we share the development of a professional care offering for the youngest children.

Employment terms

• Full-time position
• You accrue ½ compensatory day per month.
• We obtain criminal and child protection checks upon hire.
• Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (FOA).
• The base salary as of 01.10.2026 is DKK 338,996.00 + pension (annually). As a day-care provider you receive a tax deduction of 60% of the salary after AM and ATP contributions for covering expenses for the children's food and maintenance of the home.
• Start date expected 1 February 2027
