Do you have experience from production, and are you motivated to create structure, overview and good results together with others? Do you thrive with responsibility in daily life and being the link between employees and management? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as a department coordinator for our production in Farre.

You will become an important part of the daily operations in the department and function as the department manager's closest sparring partner on the floor. Together you ensure that production runs efficiently, safely and with a focus on quality.

Working hours vary and fall within the time frame

04:00-16:00 Monday to Saturday

The department consists of about 40 employees, and your primary task will be to support daily operations and coordination. The personnel responsibility lies with the department manager, so your focus is on production, planning and daily follow-up.

What will be your areas of responsibility?

• Daily coordination and staffing planning• Ensure implementation of the production plan• Follow-up on productivity, quality and waste• Support a safe and well-functioning working environment• Be the daily sparring partner for the department employees• Contribute to continuous improvements and optimization of work processes

Who are you?

You have experience from a production company and enjoy taking responsibility. You keep an overview, even when pace is high, and you manage to create structure and momentum in daily life.

As a person you are positive, solution-oriented and good at collaborating with many different people. You see opportunities rather than constraints and thrive being visible in production.

We imagine that you

• Have experience from production and an understanding of production processes• Have good planning and coordination skills• Can remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations• Have good IT skills• Have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain it• Speak and write Danish and can communicate in English

Salary and benefits

You are employed as an hourly-paid employee with pay arranged for the last banking day of the month.
