Do you want to help start our new night shift?

Then you have the opportunity to take on a very special role at Care Zealand in Helsingør.

We are looking for a social- and health care assistant (SSA) for our newly established night shift.

You will be an important part of building our night shift, where safety, professionalism and independence are the key words.

🌙 You work independently – but are never completely alone

As a night shift you are alone on duty , and you therefore have a high degree of independence and responsibility.

You will have a fixed night shift colleague, who works in the opposite week , so you cover the night shift together.

If needed you have the opportunity to receive nursing professional help from the municipal home care , just as you always must act within your own competences and applicable guidelines.

You will have a base at our department in Helsingør , where you start and end your shift.

The night shift currently covers Helsingør and Hillerød .

🩺 We imagine that you

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Have experience from home care – preferably night shift
• Are professionally strong and can work independently
• Have a good clinical eye and can observe changes in the citizens
• Are comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
• Can stay calm when something unexpected arises
• Are good at documenting and communicating relevant observations
• Have a driver's license
• Want to be involved in shaping and developing a completely new night shift

If you are an SSH with solid experience from night shifts, you are also very welcome to apply.
