Do you want to be a social- and health care assistant trainee paid during the basic course 2 in Holbæk Municipality?

We are looking for motivated social and health care assistant trainees to start their education on 18 January 2027 at the basic course 2 with wages throughout the training.

The education lasts about 3 years and 3 months including basic course 2 and varies between classes at ZBC Holbæk and practical placements at a care center and in home care in Holbæk Municipality, practice in psychiatry and in a hospital. You will receive pay during the entire training. Since we cycle around to citizens in home care, it is required that you can cycle.

You will receive an exciting education where you will learn about basic nursing, such as providing personal help to elderly citizens, wound care, dosing medication, etc. In addition, you will learn to work with rehabilitation, work跨-disciplinary with colleagues, the citizen’s own doctor, nurses, therapists and other partners.

We have a good learning and education environment, where you have both a daily supervisor and a responsible supervisor, who help to support and guide you during the training, as your well-being and professional development are important to us. We provide a thorough introduction to the tasks at your placement as well as to your education, where we, among other things, hold introductory days for new students, so you get a good and secure start.

You will meet at student cafés with the other students, where you have the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other and where we also have teaching in professional topics.

There are good job opportunities after completing the education.

Salary and employment terms

• You will receive pay during your entire education, both in school and in practice periods
• Salary is according to the applicable collective agreement with FOA
• If you are over 25 years old, you will receive adult apprentice pay
• You can expect to have a weekend shift about every 3rd–4th weekend during the main course
• The placement sites are geographically located throughout Holbæk Municipality
• We ensure that your educational program is arranged for you
