We are growing and therefore seeking a logistics manager for a newly created position. We are looking for you who can both ensure strong daily operations and think innovatively. You see opportunities to optimize workflows, exploit new technologies and create smarter and more efficient processes.

YOUR ROLE

As a logistics manager you will be responsible for warehousing and logistics and become an important driver in the continued development.

You will, among other things, come to

• Lead and develop the daily warehousing and logistics operations
• Optimize workflows and implement new processes
• Spot opportunities in new technologies, systems and automation
• Use data and KPIs to create a more efficient operation
• Ensure efficient transport and distribution
• Drive improvement projects from idea to implementation
• Lead and motivate the employees and involve them in the development

You will have budget responsibility and become part of the company's management team.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have experience with logistics, supply chain, warehousing or transportation and preferably with leadership. You have an understanding of ERP and WMS and are strong in Excel and digital tools.

You think in possibilities and improvements. You are curious about new technologies, dare to challenge existing workflows and can translate ideas into solutions that work in practice. At the same time you are a clear and motivating leader who can maintain an overview and create results together with others.
