About Konsulenthuset Horslund

Konsulenthuset Horslund works with strategy and organizational development within the public sector. We work with everything from strategic fundraising to project management and evaluation of multi-year professional and organizational development projects. Our assignments primarily cover the areas of: children and youth, disability, psychiatry and vulnerable groups, employment, as well as health and the elderly. We are a small consultancy with big ambitions.

We are based in Central Denmark Region and have project assignments in Jutland, Funen and Zealand. We want to strengthen our team with a skilled project manager/consultant who can drive projects especially in Jutland and Funen.

We expect that you

• are methodically strong and master project management and process facilitation at a high level
• can ensure delivery of high-quality consulting services to our clients, including maintaining overview when many balls are in the air
• have experience as a consultant, project manager and/or leadership experience from the public sector
• have a relevant educational background (diploma/master/bachelor/candidate)
• are ambitious, goal-oriented and can work both independently and in teams
• naturally build good relations with leaders and professional groups across functions
• master oral and written communication at a high level
• preferably have a project management education
• have experience with – or interest in – preparing evaluations
• contribute to both the professional and social side of the colleague community

Workplace and flexibility.

As a consultancy, we cover the whole country, and have projects in Jutland, Funen and Zealand. Our new consultant/project manager will particularly, but not exclusively, have projects in Region Midtjylland and Region Syddanmark. This also means that your residence may be in these regions.

Many days you will be able to drive directly out to our clients and drive the projects in practice, while other days you will be at the office in Herning (where we are based in the development-oriented co-working space: www.innovatorium.dk ). There are good possibilities for home office when tasks allow. It is a prerequisite that you have a driving license and your own car available.

In other words, the flexibility we expect of you in task execution is matched by great freedom to arrange your own tasks and your workday. We will determine the working hours and other framework together, as there may be several possibilities. Salary is negotiated individually based on experience and qualifications, and we place emphasis on the overall package, including good working conditions, flexibility and potential bonus for successfully completed projects.

Our tone of voice is informal, and a good sense of humor is therefore a plus; it should be enjoyable to go to work, even when we are busy :o)
