In Blood Tests and Biochemistry we have many ideas and exciting development projects. Some originate from our own everyday work, others come with new technology. And with a health system that moves closer to citizens, new opportunities for development also arise.

Therefore we are looking for a development bioanalyst who wants to help take the ideas from thought to action.

The position is part of our staff function and reports directly to management. You will work closely with management, senior bioanalysts, key professionals, operations specialists and our IT specialist.

The position is new, so not everything is predefined in advance. This is very intentional. We have a direction and several development areas in mind, but we also want a colleague who can help shape the function with their competences and ideas.

What will you be involved in?

You will work with development projects both inside and outside the department. We already have several areas where we see opportunities for development, and where you can play an important role.

Among other things

• The Proximity Plan and Citizen-Centered Health , where we will contribute to developing and supporting new diagnostic offerings closer to the citizens
• Laboratory Professional Consultancy Scheme (LKO), where we see opportunities to develop diagnostic support and collaboration with our external partners.
• LUP and patient experiences , where patient feedback can be a basis for new improvement projects
• BI portal and IT , where we would like to become even better at using data and digital possibilities to develop our workflows and offerings
• Competence development , where we want to develop new ways to support professional learning and competencies across the department
• Development projects across, where you can help initiate projects, create momentum and support the implementation of new solutions

We also hope that you are proactive, seek inspiration and spot new opportunities that we may not have thought of.

Which projects you will work on will evolve along the way. Sometimes you will lead, other times you will contribute to projects with colleagues and partners both inside and outside the department.

What is common is that development must take its starting point in our daily work and create value for both patients, employees and partners.

Who do we hope you are?

You are a trained bioanalyst and want to use your expertise in a slightly different way.

You do not need many years of experience with development work or project management. But you should be willing to take responsibility, work independently and make things happen.

We hope that you are curious, outward-facing and proactive. You want to build relations, seek inspiration and collaborate with different people and professional backgrounds both inside and outside the department.

You think creatively, spot new opportunities and dare to challenge what we usually do. At the same time you work in a structured way and can stay focused so that ideas also become action.

And we hope that you occasionally ask: “Could we do this in another way?”

Who will you be a part of?

Blood Tests and Biochemistry has about 80 employees distributed across three sections: Biochemistry and Coagulation, Hematology and Serology, as well as Pre-Analysis and POCT. In addition, we have a cross-functional staff function.

We have a busy daily life, but also many ambitions for our profession and department. We know each other across the organization, have an informal tone, and short distance between employees and management.

We like to try out new ideas and are not afraid to do things differently. With us there must be room to be curious, ask questions and learn along the way.

As a development bioanalyst you will become part of our everyday life and professional community. You must know operations and at the same time have the opportunity to lift your gaze, see new opportunities and help develop the department.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement between the Health Cartel (Danish bioanalysts) and Danish Regions.

Employment interviews are expected to be held on Tuesday in week 50 2026.

The position is, as a rule, a full-time position.
