About the job

One-year temporary position in the Nuclear Medicine department from 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Do you want to work with modern nuclear medicine in a strong interdisciplinary environment, where professionalism, patient pathways and development are in focus? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

In Radiology, Scanning and Nuclear Medicine at Esbjerg Hospital we are seeking a bioanalyst or radiographer for a one-year temporary position of 37 hours per week with start date 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Become part of a strong professional community! We are a large and modern imaging diagnostics department with about 120 employees, comprising both the radiological and the nuclear medicine specialties with close collaboration across the specialties.

The nuclear medicine area is located in Esbjerg, where we have a modern fleet of equipment and perform a wide range of examinations. This gives you the opportunity to work with different patient pathways and tasks within nuclear medicine. Among other things we perform:

  • Renographies and MUGA examinations,
  • Lung, bone and thyroid scintigraphy,
  • PET/CT with FDG, NaF and PSMA.

Your tasks and possibilities: As a bioanalyst or radiographer you will become a part of the department's daily functions in the nuclear medicine area.

We place emphasis on good and efficient patient pathways as well as good collaboration with our partners.

We have our own research unit, and since the department covers both the radiological and nuclear medicine specialties there is fertile ground for many exciting development projects.

We offer an exciting job with diverse professional challenges, a good working environment characterized by cross-disciplinary collaboration, as well as a staff group with a strong sense of team spirit and great engagement in the work.

You will also receive thorough training in the department's functions.

As a bioanalyst or radiographer you will participate in the department's daily functions. Since we are a training site for bioanalysts and radiographers, we also expect that you have an interest in teaching and sharing your knowledge with others.

We offer you: • An exciting job with diverse professional tasks

  • Thorough training in the department's functions
  • A good working environment with close interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Engaged colleagues and a strong collegial sense of togetherness
  • A department focused on professional development, research and knowledge sharing
  • A non-shift position

We imagine that you: • Are trained as a bioanalyst or radiographer

  • Are engaged and flexible and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Have professional pride and a desire to deliver high-quality examinations
  • Contribute positively to the collaboration and community within the department
  • Meet patients and colleagues with an approachable attitude and good humor
  • Wish to share your knowledge and contribute to the training of students

Experience with nuclear medicine is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are willing and motivated to learn and become part of our professional community.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Practical information: If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact senior bioanalyst Signe Reinholdt Poulsen on phone 79 18 24 68 or email [email protected]
