We work purposefully to help citizens become as self-reliant as possible and to provide the best possible basis for returning home.

We are looking for a social and health care assistant for day and evening shifts

We are seeking a social and health care assistant for a fixed-term position of 6 months, with good possibilities for extension. The position is a combination of day and evening shifts – primarily day shifts.

Working hours

• Day shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 23:00

Your tasks may include, among others

• Medication administration
• Wound care and clinical observations
• TOBS and early detection of illness
• Documentation and follow-up on the citizen's development
• Rehabilitative care and support
• Coordination around the citizen's discharge
• Close dialogue with citizens, relatives, and partners.
