As an eCommerce & Online Marketing intern at Helsebixen.dk and Jala-helsekost.dk you will be part of our ambitious Sales team, which works with all aspects of Online Marketing and eCommerce – from SEO and content to data, AI and automation.

You will be part of a young and dynamic working environment, where there is room for ideas, curiosity and lots of responsibility. You will work closely with skilled colleagues within eCommerce and get the opportunity to try your hand at both the classic marketing disciplines and the new opportunities that AI and automation give us.

Helsebixen.dk and Jala-helsekost.dk are part of Firtal, where our most important task is to develop, innovate and run our webshops. We operate a total of 4 webshops within health foods and beauty products for men and women.

Helsebixen.dk and Jala-helsekost.dk are our two largest webshops, where we sell everything for a healthier everyday life – from health foods and dietary supplements to personal care and foods.

Our vision is to give customers the best shopping experience from A to Z – and you will be part of ensuring that across our platforms. At the same time you will have the opportunity to help find smarter ways to solve our tasks through AI, automation and new digital tools.

You will, among other things, work with

• Email Marketing: Planning and execution of our email marketing strategy – including optimization of email flows in Klaviyo
• Content Marketing: Optimize and develop relevant content across platforms
• SEO: Plan, execute and evaluate initiatives that increase our organic presence on Google
• Data analysis: Analyze, among other things, product-, brand- and channel-performance with a view to identifying optimization opportunities
• Own-brand marketing: Gain practical experience working with our own brands, including launches, brand building and execution of marketing initiatives
• AI & automation: Experiment with AI and no-code tools to find smarter ways to solve our tasks. You will have the opportunity to use AI for content, analysis, research and idea development as well as to help automate manual processes and build simple workflows that make everyday life easier and more efficient
• Diverse projects: Contribute to various projects in the team and handle ad hoc tasks

• You are a student in a relevant program such as Marketing Economist, Multimedia Designer, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, International Trade and Marketing, E-commerce or Digital Concept Development

How is the internship at Firtal?

As an intern at Firtal you go through our structured internship program, which, in short, combines e-commerce with business understanding and personal development.

Our goal with the program is to give you concrete skills in eCommerce, based on daily work in one of our Business Units, where you may work with either Helsebixen.dk, Jala-helsekost.dk, Made4men.dk or Well.dk.

At the same time you get the opportunity to explore how AI and automation can be used to solve concrete problems and create value in a modern eCommerce business.

We give you insight into how to work with eCommerce, including a sharper understanding of business, which should help you learn to view challenges and opportunities from the right angles. In addition you will gain insight into, among other things, budgeting, customer KPIs and the relationship between marketing, warehousing and purchasing – and how this process is optimized.

Participate in eCommerce Sessions

At Firtal we have all core competencies in-house, and during your internship we hold eCommerce Sessions where one of our experts gives a talk on a relevant topic.

These may include Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing or AI in practice.

Firtal is a growth-oriented 360-degree eCommerce business that operates a number of webshops – including Helsebixen.dk, Jala-helsekost.dk, Made4men.dk and Well.dk. Our primary business areas are within health products and beauty products for both men and women.

We consider ourselves one big family that has existed since 2007. In 2018 we became a merged one of its kind when we became part of the Matas group.

We are a bunch of fun and ambitious people who operate from a lovely office in Lystrup, near Aarhus. Our working environment can best be described as lively and informal, and we take pride in becoming at least 1% better at what we do – every day!
