About Denmark's Prisons and Education and Competence Development
At Denmark's Prisons we work every day to reduce crime and create safety in society. We ensure that court sentences are carried out with the necessary control and security, but also with support and motivation so that those convicted do not lapse back into crime.
Education and Competence Development plays an important role in ensuring that Denmark's Prisons have the right employees and competencies. The tasks are solved in close cooperation with colleagues across the educational sites, and your contribution helps create good conditions for students and staff and ensure that the education is conducted efficiently and professionally.
You report to the head of Education Administration and Internal Service, who is responsible for education administration across our educational sites. We value close collaboration, where you take responsibility for your tasks, share knowledge and contribute to common solutions together with your colleagues and management.
