About the job

CTR seeks a structured and service‑minded administrative coordinator who is motivated by creating an overview, ensuring quality and following up on important processes within emergency management, supplier management and compliance.

In the role you will have a central function in supporting CTR’s work with safety, emergency preparedness and documentation – and you will become an important collaborator in the collaboration between internal professional roles, suppliers and authorities. The position provides an opportunity to work closely with both business, regulation and the green transition in Denmark’s largest energy company for district heating.

About CTR

CTR is a company in Frederiksberg with about 48 employees. We deliver district heating to 340,000 homes in the Copenhagen metropolitan area and thereby contribute significantly to reducing CO₂ emissions and the green transition. CTR is owned by five municipalities and is part of the municipal sector with employment according to the applicable municipal agreement.

At CTR we emphasize high professionalism, integrity and a good working environment, where collaboration, trust and responsibility go hand in hand.

Your tasks

Your daily work will be based on a wide range of coordinating and administrative tasks, where your primary focus is to ensure structure, progress and compliance within emergency preparedness and supplier management.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

  • Coordinate and follow up on collection of documentation and compliance with deadlines in relation to emergency preparedness and supplier management, including e.g. the Energy Agency’s deadline requirements
  • Update emergency plans, policies and regulations, including collecting information and formulating change proposals
  • Register, record and maintain documentation regarding procurements, contracts, risk assessments and responses from suppliers
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers about documentation, including ensuring they provide the required documentation in relation to safety requirements and changes in risk assessments. This will take place in collaboration with relevant professionals at CTR
  • Assist with administrative preparation, execution and follow-up on inspections at suppliers
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up in relevant committees, including information and physical security
  • Provide administrative support for reporting and follow-up to authorities

About you – experience and competencies

We imagine that you have experience with administrative coordination and thrive in a role where overview, systematic work and persistence are essential. You should focus on quality, structure and follow-up – without necessarily being the subject matter expert in all areas.

We emphasize that you

  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and can handle several parallel tasks without losing overview
  • Have strong writing skills and can communicate clearly and precisely
  • Thrive with following up, chasing for responses and ensuring that tasks are completed
  • You have experience with administrative support for compliance, e.g. document management, tracking deadlines and requirements (e.g. within GDPR, NIS, CER or similar)
  • Have an interest in learning to support – or already have experience with – supplier management, emergency preparedness, risk management or information and physical security
  • Are used to using administrative IT systems and MS Office as natural tools
  • Are fluent in Danish, both spoken and written

Your educational background is less important than your experience and approach to the tasks.

Personal competencies

As a person you are

  • Quality‑conscious and responsible
  • Proactive and persistent in your communication
  • Service‑minded and approachable in collaboration with colleagues and external parties
  • Good at tailoring your communication to different target groups
  • Motivated by working in a coordinating role with clear boundaries and requirements

With CTR you get

  • A versatile and meaningful position with great impact on the organization’s compliance and emergency preparedness
  • Opportunity for close collaboration with experienced and specialized colleagues in an informal and professional everyday life
  • Good opportunities for professional and personal development, including further education and courses
  • Flexible working hours and a range of employee benefits

We have a good working environment with a healthy balance between work and private life. This is reflected b.la in our last satisfaction survey, which showed that as many as 96% of us think that CTR “is a really good place to work” – a result we are proud of and safeguard.

We are located at Stæhr Johansens Vej 38, 2000 Frederiksberg – right by the Metro.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment terms are according to the applicable agreement with KL and include flexible working hours, a pension scheme, health insurance and other employee benefits.

Start date 01-02-2027.
