About the job

We are seeking a structured and service-minded administrative employee for Capacity and Scheduling at U/NORD.

Do you have experience with administration, planning or coordination, and a flair for IT? Do you like to create structure, keep an overview and find practical solutions in collaboration with others? Then you might be our new colleague.

You will become part of the team for Capacity and Scheduling, where we collaborate to make teachers' time, students' subjects and the available rooms come together in a single, coherent system. You will be responsible for your own tasks and become part of a team where we help each other, share knowledge and work according to common processes and deadlines.

Your tasks

As an administrative employee with responsibility for scheduling, your primary tasks will be:

  • Preparation and maintenance of timetables in Lectio.
  • Quality assurance of timetables, including checking for errors and overlaps.
  • Handling bookings and changes in timetables, for example in case of illness and absence.
  • Coordination and dialogue with educational leaders, teachers and colleagues about timetable-related matters.
  • Participation in the team’s joint tasks as well as contribution to the development and improvement of workflows.

The work alternates between independent deepening at the computer and dialogue with colleagues and partners. You follow common workflows and deadlines and have the opportunity to spar with both colleagues and the supervisor when there is a need for joint solutions.

Person profile

We imagine that you have an office administration qualification or an equivalent administrative background. You may, for example, have experience from logistics, shift planning, booking, coordination or school administration.

We emphasize that you

  • Work in a structured and systematic manner with attention to detail.
  • Have a flair for IT and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Maintain an overview and find practical, solution-oriented ways forward.
  • Are service-minded and communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work independently, take responsibility and thrive with collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Knowledge of the school world and experience with scheduling is an advantage, but not a requirement. The same applies to familiarity with Lectio and Excel. We provide thorough training in our systems, workflows and scheduling processes.

We offer

  • An exciting administrative position with significance for the daily lives of students and teachers.
  • Comprehensive introduction and ongoing professional sparring.
  • A good collegial community with an informal tone and trust-based leadership.
  • Flexible work arrangements and the possibility of remote work by agreement.
  • Good opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

We prioritize education as part of your professional development. If you do not already have a relevant academy education or an equivalent or higher relevant education, you should be prepared to complete an academy education within public administration or another relevant area as part of your employment.

Salary and terms

The position is 37 hours per week and is planned to be filled on January 1, 2027.

Employment is according to the organizational agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK Stat for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT staff. You will be placed in salary group 2, pay grade 1 or pay grade 2, depending on your qualifications and experience.

A pension contribution of 16% is paid, and the position includes a paid lunch break.

The workplace is Milnersvej 48, 3400 Hillerød. There will also be tasks at U/NORD's other addresses as well as participation in meetings with the educational programs you are responsible for scheduling.

It is a requirement that a clean child protection certificate can be presented at any time.

Application

Please send your application, CV, educational certificates and other relevant documentation via the application link no later than Sunday, 15 November 2026.

We will hold the first interview on Friday, 20 November 2026 and the second interview on Tuesday, 24 November 2026.

U/NORD aims for a diverse workplace and encourages all qualified applicants to apply.
