Educator for the kindergarten in Klatretræet

A day with room for presence

In the kindergarten we have two rooms with 20 children each and three adults in each room. You become part of a close collaboration where we plan, reflect and develop our pedagogical practice together.

We believe that children do the best they can. Therefore we meet them with curiosity, recognition and presence – and we are where the children are. On the floor. In play. In the small moments where relationships and development are created.

Language development, safe communities and good relationships are a natural part of our daily life, just like a close and trusting collaboration with the parents.

Practical information

The positions are 37 hours per week. Employment from January 1, 2027 with the possibility of an earlier start.

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In connection with employment, child and criminal records checks as well as references from previous employments are obtained.
