In connection with the health reform and the transfer of the acute area to the region, we will operate 22 temporary placements at Senior Center Gulkrog.

At the temporary placements you will meet citizens

• who are waiting for a nursing home place
• where there is a need to relieve relatives at home
• with social work challenges and needs for support in daily life

The placements are normed for stays of up to 8 weeks, which provides a varied and dynamic everyday life with many different citizens and challenges.

Senior Center Gulkrog consists of several departments. We have the Nursing Center with 32 residents. We also have 22 Temporary Placements. Then we have an open activity house, where self-reliant citizens from their own home can come and participate in the day’s activities or sign up for a group. In our Registered Day Center we take in citizens from their own home who cannot manage themselves but need companionship and input in daily life.

We also have a swimming hall where you can come and train in a warm-water pool and a training room. Our cafe and kitchen provide meals for the whole house and the events held here. We have a central location in Vejle with the cozy pedestrian street environment in the city center as a neighbor.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay.

Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for 73.01 Social- and Health Care Personnel - SSH, §§ 4-6. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is the base pay grade (steps 19-22) based on seniority, in the range kr. 27,664 – 32,447. The final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is set based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.
