About the job

Welcome to the Home Training Team

Are you ready to make a difference? Are you a motivating soul who dares to go into citizens' homes to train with them?

Then you now have a unique opportunity to become part of the Home Training Team at the Community Home Nursing. In our team we focus on helping citizens in Hjørring Municipality to achieve a stronger and more pain-free body in balance.

About the job

You visit citizens in their own homes and help them gain more strength and independence in daily life. An important part of the job is to support them in muscle training and movement through simple exercises that make it easier to cope with everyday life.

In your work you will base it on welfare technology designed to screen and tailor training programs to the individual citizen. Your main task will be to carry out these training programs with citizens.

You plan your own workday and work independently within a framework, but are at the same time part of a team where you can always get help and sparring.

Your tasks may include

  • To motivate and support the citizen to perform training exercises.
  • To talk to the citizen about why training is important.
  • To create security and good conversations in the home.
  • To cooperate with colleagues and contribute to a good work environment.

Who are you?

We are not looking for papers - we are looking for you, who

  • Are friendly, patient and good with people.
  • Want to make a difference in others' lives.
  • Can take responsibility and plan your own workday.
  • Are willing to learn new things and develop yourself.
  • Experience from care, physical training or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will ensure you receive the training you need.

We offer

  • A meaningful everyday life where you make a difference.
  • Thorough training and support from experienced colleagues.
  • A good work environment with room for both professionalism and humor.
