Herningsholmskolen søger en dygtig, uddannet lærer på 37 timer ugentligt med tiltrædelse 1. december 2026.

Herningsholmskolen is centrally located in the city of Herning with about 550 happy students, of which about 65 children attend our special department for pupils with general learning difficulties and about 80 children attend our department at Holtbjerg. The school has approximately 110 staff from different professional groups.

The school is characterized by placing a high value on community, prioritizing academic excellence, and viewing diversity as a significant strength. At the school there is a friendly and cordial tone of interaction among students, parents and staff, among colleagues with one another and between management and employees, which we experience as a prerequisite for well-being for both children and adults.

We are seeking, as mentioned, a teacher who can teach mathematics and science in the upper levels of schooling. You will here become part of a strong team, and you will have skilled colleagues to spar with.

You must be inclusive, collaborative and good at communicating with students, parents, colleagues and management. At the same time you must be passionate about your subjects and the students’ learning, development and well-being. At all year groups there is close collaboration with teachers from other classes, and it is therefore also expected that you are willing to share and discuss your experiences with your colleagues.
