Entreprise- or Project Manager for total demolition in Southern Jutland

Do you have experience handling complex demolition projects where planning and reality do not always align? Can you manage people, machines and finances and make decisions when required without losing the overview?

At Kingo we work with total demolition and environmental remediation. The projects require management, overview and the ability to translate plans into operations, even when the framework changes.

About the job

As an Construction or Project Manager you will be responsible for your own contracts within environmental remediation and total demolition from planning to delivery. The role requires you to work independently from the start and take responsibility for both progress, quality, safety and economy.

You will lead the projects in collaboration with your own staff and subcontractors and be part of an organization with short decision paths and professional sparring when needed.

You will

• Have overall responsibility for your own contracts with a focus on progress and profitability
• Closely monitor the economy, budgets and contribution margin
• Price, calculate and prepare offers in collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in construction meetings and manage ongoing customer dialogue
• Conduct inspections and contribute to proactive sales activity

We imagine that you

• Have a construction-related background as a building constructor, technician, engineer or experienced tradesperson
• Have experience with contract management, preferably within total demolition
• Can work independently and make decisions in operations
• Have financial insight and are used to working with offers and calculations
• Thrive with responsibility and dialogue with both employees and customers
• Have an eye for improvements in both processes and execution
• It is an advantage if you live in or near the triangle area
