We are looking for an experienced construction manager who, with passion and precision, transforms townhouse projects into dreams!

Are you ready to make housing dreams come true?

At Proline VVS we are passionate about good craftsmanship, and we are seeking a passionate construction manager who can spread the same energy in our townhouse projects. As a central piece in our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the VVS work is carried out with the highest quality – and with a smile on your face!

What does the job entail?

You will become the creative coordinator who powers things up and ensures that all parts of the project work together. Your tasks span widely:

• Top-class coordination: Lead installers, collaborate with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure that all details are in place.
• Planning and problem solving: From small material orders to strategic meetings – you have the overview and make things happen.
• Team player with flair: Work both independently and in close collaboration with a young and energetic team that is not afraid to laugh and roll up their sleeves.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person with both technical savvy and a warm, informal personality. You should like to have a handle on things, but also have space to play with ideas and think creatively:

• Experienced and engaged: It is a requirement that you are a trained VVS plumber/VVS technician with solid experience and a passion for the trade.
• Structured and creative: You love getting projects to roll, and you have proficiency in Office 365.
• Socially skilled and approachable: You are a true team player who, with humility and humor, makes colleagues and partners feel welcome.
• Prefab house expert: Knowledge of prefab house constructions is a big advantage.

What can we offer you?

We believe that the best quality is delivered when you thrive – both professionally and socially. Therefore we offer:

• Freedom and responsibility: A job where you have room to make your mark and let the projects flourish.
• A fantastic team: Work together with dedicated colleagues who work hard and enjoy themselves together.
• Attractive terms: Competitive salary, health insurance, pension scheme and social activities with colleagues.
• A workplace with soul: With us, professional pride combines with an informal tone – we believe that good work all the way starts with a good environment.

Who are we?

Proline VVS is a plumbing and ventilation company with a little over 100 employees – about 30 of them in the office. Proline stays up to date with the latest trends in technological development and thinks ahead in relation to customers’ needs. We are close partners with prefab house manufacturers across Denmark. We are a “young” team, with – we think – a good sense of humor, where it is important that we have a good place to work together.

Our purpose is very clear: we want to be an attractive workplace that delivers quality and good craftsmanship.

Therefore we guarantee: Good work – all the way.
