CONSTRUCTION MANAGER WANTED

Do you have an overview, impact and a drive to get projects to a successful completion?

At Malerfirmaet Bonde & Mogensen ApS in Herning we are looking for a construction manager who can create structure in daily operations, tie together the strands on the construction site and ensure that quality, finances and schedules go hand in hand.

You will be an important part of our daily operations and will have both responsibility, freedom and good colleagues to brainstorm with.

YOUR TASKS

· Planning and coordination of painting contracts from start-up to handover

· Staffing, progress follow-up and management of schedules

· Quality assurance and ongoing dialogue with employees, customers and partners

· Handling of challenges and practical solutions on the construction sites

· Follow-up on project finances, hours and extra work

WHO ARE YOU?

You have solid knowledge of the painting trade and know how work operates on a construction site.

You have an overview, take responsibility and get people and projects to work well together.

We imagine that you

· Have an eye for quality and the practical work processes in the painting trade.

· Can plan and coordinate tasks and workers.

· Can juggle many balls – even when the phone rings for the fifth time before 8 a.m.

· Is good with people and communicates clearly with both employees, customers and partners.

· Has an understanding of schedules and finances.

· Is independent, solution-oriented and not afraid to make decisions.

· Has a driving license and a good mood – even when the schedule is changed for the third time.

You don’t need to be able to do it all from day one. We will ensure that you get up to speed with the tasks.
