In Vester Skerninge Børnehus we believe that children develop best in strong communities with present adults who dare to take responsibility, create inspiring learning environments, and actively participate in the children's daily lives.

We are an age-integrated kindergarten with up to 80 kindergarten children and 14 toddlers. We are located in the middle of an active local community with engaged parents, and we are proud of the culture we have built together.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the current collective agreement. Base salary + Svendborg allowance and possibility to negotiate qualification salary.

Salary and the HR Office will conduct a criminal record check and a child protection check on the successful applicant. A satisfactory criminal record for the position is a condition of employment. The assessment is made by the Legal Department in collaboration with the Director of Children & Youth.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges from 39,341 to 50,954 DKK per month at full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special pays. It is important to note that your specific pay is determined by your experience, seniority and competences and is negotiated with the relevant trade union.
