Grønttorvets Friplejehjem is seeking a social and health care assistant who finds joy in creating star moments with our residents and in using and developing their professional competencies. We have a vacant position in the evening shift and one in the day shift

Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague who thrives in close contact with residents and relatives, and who wants to bring their professional skills into play in an environment where we lift together as a team. You have an overview, are curious about development and see the value in interdisciplinary collaboration. Documentation is a natural part of your work – and if you know KMD Nexus, that’s an advantage, but otherwise we will gladly teach you. The most important thing is that you meet people with warmth, respect and a desire to create security.

You will work with resident conferences and training together with the Dementia Journey Team.

Your tasks will include

• Providing care and nursing with professionalism, presence and respect
• Providing nursing and medication management, depending on your competencies
• Ensuring good documentation and collaboration with colleagues and relatives
• Contributing to a rehabilitative and meaningful everyday life for residents.
• Taking responsibility and working in a structured way based on residents' needs and wishes

About the position

• The evening shift position is 28 hours per week on average, with work every second weekend
• The day shift position is 32-35 hours per week, with work every third weekend
• Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
• Health insurance, which includes access to a physiotherapist, chiropractor, etc.

• Starting: December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

We are centrally located at Værkstedsvej 5-7 in Valby, near bus and train station.
