Do you want to use your occupational therapy professional skills to make a difference in citizens' everyday lives?

So we have three exciting positions as occupational therapist in the Holistic Care in Holstebro Municipality.

We are seeking 3 occupational therapists at 34-37 hours per week with primary appointment in Team Parkvej.

• One position with start date 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter
• Two positions with start date 1 January 2027

Together with the citizen we create a holistic effort

In the holistic care we start from the fact that the citizen is an expert in their own life. We base ourselves on the citizen's wishes, resources and goals and together find solutions that make sense in everyday life.

You will become part of a strong work community organized in interdisciplinary teams , where we together take responsibility for creating coherent pathways for citizens. You will also have a close professional collaboration with occupational and physiotherapists across the municipality's four home care districts.

Your tasks

• Rehabilitation and retraining after The Elderly Act and Health Act §140
• Occupational therapy interventions in the citizen's own home and in care homes
• APV assessments in collaboration with mobility guides and Health Authority
• Interdisciplinary collaboration on the citizen's overall pathway

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained occupational therapist and have broad clinical experience
• Have an interest in and preferably experience with the geriatric patient
• Thrive in close interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to a good work community
• Meet the citizen with respect and base on their wishes, self-determination and resources

Salary and terms of employment

• Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement
