Estimator for the Bids Department

Your primary tasks

• Preparation of calculations and bids, primarily within the carpentry trade.
• Handle sales work and dialogue with customers, clients and partners.
• Contribute to a structured handover of cases to the construction and contracting managers.
• Technical ad hoc tasks in relation to bid and project work.

We envision that you

• Have a construction-technical background, e.g. as a building constructor, technical designer, building technician or similar.
• Have knowledge of the estimation program EG Sigma; it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Preferably have a crafts background as a carpenter.
• Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally.
• Have an interest in using and further developing digital solutions and tools.
• Thrive in close collaboration and keep an overview, even when there are many simultaneous tasks.
• Are resident on Bornholm.
