Experienced IT Support

Do you have what it takes for an independent and technically challenging job where you install and service IT at one of our customers in Copenhagen.

At Field and Office Service DK we install, service and support IT at our customers' locations across Denmark.

The duties include, among other things

• General IT support and troubleshooting
• Assistance to users during onboarding/offboarding
• Handling incidents & service requests
• Hardware and software installation
• IT assistance in meeting rooms
• Documentation in ITSM system
• Documentation and maintenance of knowledge articles

Your primary task will be to support users and in collaboration with your skilled colleagues provide professional on-site support. You have a strong service mindset and ensure that the customer receives the best service. You will become a permanent part of a strong team and get a workplace in the customer's office environment in Copenhagen. The team works closely with the customer's IT organization and you will be an important part of this collaboration.

It is an independent and varied job where you will need your overview and your analytical abilities. The majority of your time goes to installation, service and support of IT hardware.

Qualifications

We imagine that you have a background such as IT supporter, or data technician with a specialization in infrastructure. We expect regardless of your background that you have a strong interest in IT and a well-developed service mindset. You have qualifications and practical skills including Windows 10 and 11, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services (Entra and Intune) as well as setup and troubleshooting of hardware and software

It is important that you follow processes, document your work and meet deadlines.

You master Danish and English both in spoken and written form.
