About the position

As a Digital Workplace IT supporter you will be an important player in the daily support to the bank's employees, both through our service portal and via the phone. You help them get the most out of their systems and tools, so they can focus on their work. We collaborate closely with Bankdata and we know that the best results are achieved when we share knowledge and lift the tasks together.

You will become part of a team where we help each other, share experiences and solve challenges together. At the same time you will have a wide contact surface in the organization, where service, professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand.

You will have a varied everyday with contact to many different colleagues, so it is important that you are welcoming and good at building a good relationship with colleagues when they reach out. There will be days with high tempo, and therefore it is important that you can stay overview, work structured and contribute positively to the community, even when tasks require extra coordination and expectation management. Your primary workplace will be in Aabenraa but travel to Copenhagen should be expected.

Our workplace is built on laptops, Windows 11 and a modern Microsoft platform with cloud-based solutions in Microsoft 365.

In the job your primary tasks will be

• Help colleagues quickly and professionally move forward
• Support a stable workday by supporting work equipment and central tools such as Microsoft 365, iPhone, and printers
• Take responsibility for inquiries and incidents in Jira and ensure progress on cases
• Provide hands-on and proactive support both via our Service Desk and on-site with colleagues
• Document cases and ensure proper escalation if needed
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service partners to develop good solutions

About you

You have an IT professional background as IT supporter, data technician or experience in a similar role. Alternatively you have been in a role where you were the technical go-to person, and you easily understand the technology and want to try something new. The most important is that you are motivated by the interaction between technology, service and dialogue with people.

• Have experience in a role as IT supporter or specialist in an IT organization

• Have experience with Microsoft technologies such as Intune and Microsoft 365
• Have technical flair and can find solutions via phone, remote support or in-person support
• Thrive in a team where we help each other, share knowledge and celebrate successes together
• Are a strong collaborator who contributes to common goals and keeps promises with users, colleagues and partners
• You enjoy talking on the phone and helping colleagues and are motivated by helping others
• Communicate professionally and clearly in Danish, no matter who you help in the organization
• Having knowledge of the financial sector and surrounding systems is clearly an advantage
