Jyllinge Medical Practice is seeking an experienced social- and health care assistant for a permanent position of 25-37 hours per week .

We are looking for a colleague with experience from general practice, who thrives working independently, has own patient consultations and at the same time values close collaboration with the rest of the team.

Jyllinge Medical Practice is a modern general practice with approx. 4,000 patients . We are a well-functioning clinic with focus on high professional quality, continuity and presence – both towards our patients and towards each other.

Your tasks

The position is diverse and combines secretarial duties with independent patient consultations.

9.00-11.00 you will as a rule handle the secretarial function at the reception, where you among other things:

· Receives and serves patients at the reception desk

· Answers telephone inquiries and triages patients

· Handles prescription requests, laboratory results and clinical mail

· Contributes to the daily coordination and operation of the clinic

The rest of the day you will primarily have independent consultations in your own consulting room with for example:

· Blood sampling

· ECG

· Spirometry

· Vaccinations

· Wound care

· Preventive consultations and other nursing tasks

In addition, you will participate in administrative tasks and the daily operation of the clinic.

You will of course receive a thorough introduction as well as ongoing sparring and supervision.

We are looking for you who

· Are educated as a social- and health care assistant

· Have experience from general practice

· Can work independently and take responsibility for your own consultations

· Are service-minded and enjoy both patient contact and administrative tasks

· Are structured and keep an overview – even when it is busy

· Have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the working environment

· Have a flair for IT (we use XMO)

Working hours

25-37 hours per week.

The working hours are primarily between 7.45/8.00 and 16.00, with one weekly day until 17.00.
