Facility Manager for Movia

Do you want to ensure well-functioning buildings today and help develop Movias facility area for the future?

Movia is seeking a Facility Manager who can ensure professional operation of our properties and leases with associated service contracts as well as translate development ideas into concrete improvements.

You will have responsibility for our head office in Valby, two leases in Taastrup and two garage complexes. You will become part of Internal Service, where you work with planning and development and take part in practical building service. If needed you also participate in staffing our meeting center. You report to the team leader of Internal Service.

The role ranges from daily operations and project management to long-term maintenance planning. The position is newly created, and you thus have the opportunity to put your own mark on the job. There is a strong focus on creating overview, prioritizing efforts and ensuring that the plans are implemented.

Your main tasks

• Ensure operation and maintenance of Movia's properties and leases and participate in the daily building service.
• Prepare long-term maintenance plans.
• Contribute to budgeting and monitor the finances within the area.
• Manage contracts and cooperation with suppliers and craftsmen.
• Develop data-driven business cases that ensure a solid basis for decisions and initiatives.
• Drive projects within the area.
• Establish structure, processes and an annual cycle for the property area.

Salary is determined based on applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, documented work experience and professional and personal qualifications.
