Permanent substitute for reception

We are seeking on behalf of an international organization in Copenhagen K. a permanent replacement for the reception - a person who would like to become a natural trusted part of the house.

This is a truly special opportunity for you who may not necessarily need a traditional full-time job, but who would really like an exciting connection to a professional, international and very welcoming environment.

The position covers approximately 15 - 30 days a year , when the permanent receptionist is off, on vacation or absent. You will be the organisation's permanent replacement - and not just one among many temps.

You will be the face of the house to the outside.

When you are at work, you are the first that guests and visitors meet.

You greet guests with a smile, help them on, answer the phone and ensure that the reception runs in a calm and professional manner.

It is important that you enjoy being host and have a natural ability to make people feel welcome.

We are looking for someone who has good style, tact and discretion, and who knows how to meet different people in a friendly and professional way.

Perhaps it is you?

Perhaps you have previously worked in reception, administration, service or similar.

Perhaps today you have a daily life where you do not want or need a full-time job.

Perhaps you would like to have something special to look forward to from time to time - a place where the surroundings are professional, the people interesting, and where you are valued for the person you are.

You are presentable, approachable and reliable with natural respect for discretion and confidentiality.

Since you will meet guests and colleagues from across the Nordic countries, it is important that you can understand the Nordic languages - you do not necessarily need to be able to speak them yourself. The most important thing is that you can communicate kindly and naturally with people from across the Nordics.

A small role - but an important role.

You will not work every week.

On the other hand you will become the person the organization knows and trusts when a replacement is needed. Perhaps that is exactly what makes this opportunity interesting.
