Finance Assistant for Nordic Accounting Function

• Finance
• Accounts receivable management and follow-up on outstanding payments in dialogue with customers and the sales organization
• Accounts payable and processing of supplier invoices
• Financial bookkeeping and general financial administration
• VAT and tax-related tasks
• Reconciliations, controls and preparation of monthly closings
• Ad hoc tasks within finance and accounting
• Have experience with bookkeeping, accounting or financial administration
• Works in a structured, independent manner and has a sharp eye for detail
• Thrives with fixed processes and repetitive tasks where quality and precision are crucial
• Is service-minded and collaborates well with colleagues across the organization
• Has solid experience with Excel and easily adapts to new IT systems. Experience with Aspect4 is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Communicates fluently in Danish and has good English skills

At Wanzl Nordic we are looking for a Finance Assistant for our Nordic accounting function. You will become part of an experienced and dedicated team that handles bookkeeping and financial administration across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by creating order, ensuring correct data quality and making the daily financial processes run efficiently. You will have a central role in daily operations, a high degree of autonomy in task execution and the opportunity to contribute to the development of our processes.
