We currently have an exciting opportunity in our sales team in Group Solutions.

The position can be attached to the office in Aarhus or Nærum. As a starting point you should be prepared to cover all of Denmark.

The role

We are seeking an insurance broker with sales experience who is motivated by and thrives on talking to many new potential customers across different industries.

The job consists of many exciting and independent tasks in relation to both customers and insurance companies. The main task, however, is to contribute to the inflow of new customers in our business segment Group Solutions, which includes small and medium-sized enterprises.

Your primary tasks will be the following

• Customer meetings, primarily at the customers' premises
• Risk coverage of business insurance needs
• Tendering and obtaining quotes for the customer
• Negotiation and dialogue with all insurance companies

Qualifications

About you

You have experience with sales and advisory as well as establishing insurance solutions for commercial enterprises. The experience can be gained in an insurance brokerage firm or as a client advisor or underwriter in an insurance company.

We expect that

• You have sales experience and can build your own pipeline of leads with help from various tools and work in a structured and purpose-driven manner
• You can handle many tasks simultaneously and switch between independent work and team collaboration
• You have high drive, are outgoing and customer-oriented as well as proactive in pursuing results
• You value the team's diverse competencies and contribute constructively to the team
• You know how AI can be used effectively, or are curious to apply it in the job

If you have FOAK certification, that is an advantage. Otherwise, we help you obtain the relevant certification.
