About the job

We are seeking experienced physiotherapists to develop ADL (Activities of Daily Living) in the Capital Region and South Zealand as soon as possible

WHO ARE WE?

indsats is a cross-disciplinary third party with 100 percent focus on getting citizens back into the labor market and into ordinary jobs. At indsats we work from 4 cornerstones; employment, presence, competences and rethinking. The four cornerstones form our underlying manifesto. The core of the manifesto and every citizen initiative is the individual’s return to the labor market.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We offer thorough onboarding into our manifesto, initiatives, working methods and citizen approach. You will become part of a professional and engaged team with 60 other colleagues who will help and support you in your onboarding as well as in your daily work at indsats. You will thrive with us if you value having great influence over your own daily life and the future development of your workplace. We offer work where you, together with the rest of the team in indsats, make a difference for many people every day.

YOUR PROFILE?

You are a trained physiotherapist and come with experience from clinical or municipal settings. It is advantageous if you have experience from the following areas: development of ADL and screening as well as assessments of physical conditions. In addition we expect you to bring good humor, high energy level and to thrive with handling difficult conversations in citizens’ own homes.

  • You are able to understand others’ challenges
  • You master written as well as spoken communication
  • You are able to make autonomous decisions
  • You are governed by common sense
  • You can navigate many tasks at once
  • You can manage your own time and prioritise your tasks
  • You are flexible

THE JOB?

Your overarching task as a Physiotherapist is to assess and describe citizens on public transfer income in connection with the preparation of ADL.

Your daily work will mainly consist of the following tasks

  • Booking of ADL visits with the citizen
  • Conducting ADL visits in the citizen’s own home
  • Preparation of the ADL report
  • Communication with the caseworker at the job center

If you wish to become part of the indsats team, please send your application to [email protected] with reference: Physiotherapist. Job interviews will be held on an ongoing basis with a view to starting in the job as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, you are more than welcome to call Development Manager Katrine Carlsen at tel. 61739177. You can also find further info on our LinkedIn profile or website.

We look forward to receiving your application.

Best regards.
