Physiotherapist for the Neurosurgical Department OUH

Are you eager to become part of a team that sets high demands on your professional competencies? - then we are seeking a physiotherapist for a one-year temporary position. The position as physiotherapist is available from 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Our team handles treatment of both inpatients and outpatients.

The work takes place primarily on weekdays in the time window 7:30 – 18:00.

You will participate in weekend on-call shifts as well as holiday shifts.

Your tasks

You will be employed in the Neurosurgical Ward U. You will become part of a team that handles treatment of patients in the following departments:

• Neurosurgical Ward U
• Endocrinology Ward M
• Rheumatology Ward C
• Gastroenterology Ward S

The tasks are assessment and training of inpatients and outpatients.

You will provide rehabilitation during hospitalization in the diagnostic pathway until the patient is transferred to a tertiary hospital, transferred to municipal care or discharged. The assessment of the individual patient must be communicated in writing in the electronic patient journal and via rehabilitation plans.

We are seeking a physiotherapist who

• is professionally well-founded and has experience in all four specialties
• can quickly work independently and join a fixed on-call rota
• thrives with a changing everyday life, enjoys working independently and can prioritise between tasks
• acts as a dynamic and professional multidisciplinary collaborator
• is good at expressing themselves in writing and orally
• has hospital experience
• has the desire, ability and willingness to join a strong professional team that shows flexibility towards patients and one another to make the workday run smoothly

Salary and employment terms

The region is obligated to inform you of the starting salary for the position applied for. You are employed under collective agreement 33.21.1. To ensure pay transparency, please refer to the link below where centrally fixed allowances and pension are listed

There is a three-month trial period if you are not already employed in the Region of Southern Denmark.
