Physiotherapist with an interest in the back and shoulder area sought.

We are seeking a physiotherapist with interesse in and preferably experience in both the back and shoulder areas. You will become part of two professionally strong teams that together take care of, develop and quality assure the efforts in the areas.

In the back group we meet a broad target audience and would like you to have interest in or experience with working with citizens with different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The back group currently focuses on development and implementation of CFT (Cognitive Functional Therapy).

In the shoulder group we work with the implementation of digital tools to optimize citizens' rehabilitation journeys, for example ExorliveGo. We also participate in research projects and are in the process of developing and quality assuring our rehabilitation journey descriptions.

In the groups we prioritize professional sparring and knowledge sharing highly. Therefore we hold regular conferences with a focus on common reflection, development and competence exchange.

Your tasks

You should be able to

• Conduct examinations, assessments and relevant tests of citizens
• Prepare individual training programs and action plans
• Apply evidence-based knowledge and professional guidelines in practice
• Manage both group training and individual programs
• Work rehabilitatively based on the individual citizen's resources, goals and challenges

Training takes place both in the Health Center, in the citizens' homes and in their local environment.

About Rehabilitation and Rehabilitaton

Rehabilitation and Rehabilitaton is an organization in constant development. We place high importance on professionalism, interdisciplinary collaboration and diversity as a strength. At the same time we work purposefully to strengthen collaboration across the municipality and anchor the rehabilitative perspective in our efforts.

We currently have 44 occupational therapists and physiotherapists as well as 3 administrative staff. We welcome physiotherapist students and have a clinical development function that supports professional development and quality in task execution.

We provide outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered prevention in accordance with the Health Act, as well as training and rehabilitation initiatives under the Social Services Act and the Elderly Act. The citizen group spans broadly and includes orthopedic surgical, rheumatologic, neurological, medical, oncologic and geriatric diagnoses and issues.
